A Case of Successful Treatment of Recurrent Dressler’s Syndrome
There has been described a case of relatively rare complication of myocardial infarction — Dressler’s syndrome, late recurrence of which was primarily regarded as bacterial pneumonia, though failure of antibacterial and symptomatic treatment and the peculiarities of clinical presentation made it possible to make a correct diagnosis and administer adequate therapy using glucocorticosteroids, the latter having positive effect.
