Long-term 10-years’ Result of the Combined Operation in Cancer of Right Flexure of Colon with Ingrowth in Gallbladder and Stomach Forming Gastro-colic Fistula
There has been represented a successful long-term (ten-years’) result of a combined operation in the patient with low-grade differentiated mucous adenocarcinoma of right flexure of transverse colon with ingrowth in gallbladder and stomach forming gastro-colic fistula (fistula gastro-colica). Cholecystectomy, gastrectomy and right hemicolectomy were performed. After ten years after the operation there was neither recurrence nor dissemination revealed.
