Investigation of Visual Fields at a Computer Automated Static Perimeter: Glaucoma, Some Neuroophthalmologic and Retinal Pathology
The peculiarities and possibilities of the kinetic and static perimetry methods are regarded. It is demonstrated, that a static automated perimetry is one of the basic methods of the ocular disease functional diagnosis. An analysis of the visual field alterations at the pathology of retina, optic nerve, glaucoma and cataract is given; the possible errors at perimetry are analyzed.
