Semiopen Method of the Soft Tissue Purulent Wound Treatment
Aim of work is improvement of the patient with the soft tissue purulent wound treatment results by elaboration and introduction into hospital practice of a semiopen method with the apparatus programmed sanation accomplishment.
Materials and Methods. A perspective controlled clinical investigation, including 62 patients, is made. The elaborated semiopen method of a purulent wound treatment (the RF patent №2299024 of 2007.05.20) with a following application of a primary postponed suture to a purulent wound was used to 20 patients.
Results. It is established, that the dates of the wound clearance and granulation appearance are reduced with a semiopen method at the purulent wound treatment; the earlier change of the wound cytograms from inflammatory type to a regenerative one takes place, which creates favorable and more beneficial conditions for aerobic oxidation in the paravulnar tissues, compared to traditional method of treatment, and is manifested by the earlier and significant increase of the succinatedehydrogenase and cytochrome oxidase, acid phosphatase activity, a delayed decrease of the alkaline phosphatase.
