An introduction of the neuroradial diagnosis methods (KT, MRT) extends ideas of the vascular pathology subclinical variants. The cliniconeurophysiologic and neuroradial investigations permit to reveal the new peculiarities of the brain subclinical vascular lesion clinical heterogeneity and polymorphism, define the possibilities of the brain vascular disease prognosis.
