The peculiarities of behavior (the age ones and in a process of the experimental tumor development — the Pliss lymphosarcomas and hepatomas-27) in rats of different age are revealed with a use of the ″open field″ method in a presented by authors modification. It is established, that a dynamics of the behavior tactic alteration in the age groups differed: an increase of all the types of activity on the 12th day after the tumor transplantation is found in a group of young animals, and such a phenomenon is not revealed in the adult specimen. A transplantation of a hepatoma-27 has lesser influenced a value of research activity than the Pliss lymphosarcoma.
