
Thromboembolic Complications After Operations of the Congenital Heart Disease Correction in Children with a Sole Functioning Ventricle
Aim of investigation is establishment of the lethal thrombosis and attendant complication development reasons and mechanisms after operations of the univentricular heart hemodynamic correction: a high significance of pressure in a pulmonary artery prior to operation, execution of multiple operations and, particularly, the pulmonary artery stenosis operations, a complicated anatomy of disease and attendant anomalies of development, and a bronchopulmonary pathology.
Materials and Methods. The case histories from the infantile surgical center, the «Cardiology» RSPC infantile age cardiosurgery department archives were a subject of investigation; a retrospective analysis is made.
