It is partially explained by underestimation of the human cognitive function disturbance problem by many physicians at an acute cerebral pathology and an importance of the disorder directed correction. The modern principles and strategies of a cognitive rehabilitation in the brain vascular and traumatic lesion clinic are discussed in the article.
