Use of Pentoxyphilline in a Spermia Intracytoplasmatic Injection (ICSI) Procedure
Aim of investigation is a study of the pentoxyphilline spermia mobility stimulator use possibility for a spermia intracytoplasmatic injection procedure (ICSI) with the epididymal (PESA) and testicular (TESE) spermias at a dyskinesia.
Materials and Methods. A stimulation of the spermatozoon mobility was achieved by addition to the pentoxyphilline samples in a terminal concentration of 3.5 mmol/l.
Results. It is established, that a pentoxyphilline use leads to the locally-swaying cell appearance both in a case of PESA (16.2%) and at the TESE (14.8%). A high level of the oocyte fertilization with the stimulated spermias is marked. An opinion of the pentoxyphilline use expediency for the ICSI at the immobile spermatozoon receipt is presented.
