Perspectives of a Laparoscopy in Oncology: First Experience of a Low-invasive Access Use

For a long time a low-invasive access was not widely spread in oncology. The Authors analyze the ″pro″ and ″contra″ arguments of a laparoscopy and thoracoscopy use in oncologic practice, the possible ways of development and a proper experience of the method use.
