A method of the stomach mucous membrane bioptate histological assessment with the OLGA system use, permitting to distinguish the chronic gastritis stages and degrees, is regarded. An effectiveness of the OLGA system practical use in a usual practice, its advantages compared to the Sydney system — a possibility of the patient prophylactic medical examination from a group of a stomach cancer appearance risk is demonstrated.
