Electrophoretic Mobility and Morphometry of the Rat Erythrocytes at the Stress Effects
Aim of work is a study of the erythrocyte electrophoretic mobility (EEPhM) change intercommunication and their morphometric values at a stress simulation in rats.
Materials and Methods. An analysis of the EEPhM change and their morphometric characteristics at a stress-reaction development in rats, simulated with a use of different stress-agents, is made with a use of a scanning probe microscopy.
Results and discussion. It is established, that the EEPhM decrease at a stress is leveled by the adrenoreceptor block and is accompanied with the erythrocyete sphere increase.
