Aim of investigation is a study of the hormonal and immunologic disturbance peculiarities in females with external genital endometriosis (EGE) combined with an autoimmune thyroiditis (AIT), accompanied by a thyroid gland function decrease.

Materials and Methods. 78 females with EGE of 20 to 41 years were investigated: the 1st group — 48 females with EGE without the thyroid gland pathology; the 2nd group — 30 females with EGE and AIT — hypothyrosis.

The generally clinical examination, laboratory investigation (detection of the immune system values, the antiphospholipid antibody spectrum, the thyroid and reproductive hormones), USI of the thyroid gland and small pelvis organs, a laparoscopy were made.

Results. It is established, that the more expressed alterations in a humoral and cellular immunity state take place at the EGE combination with a hypothyrosis, which complicates the EGE flow.
