Plasty of the Maxillofacial Area Perforating Defects in Oncologic Patients
A method of the face perforating defect abrupt plasty in patients with the maxillofacial area malignant malformations, occupying several anatomical areas and communicating with a mouth cavity, nose cavity and maxillary sinus, is proposed (a patent for invention). A method is based on a use of rotational, accordion cellulocutaneous either musculocutaneous periosteal flaps of the free skin transplants adjoining the area defect for reduction of the mouth cavity, nose cavity and maxillary sinus mucous membrane integrity. Its use permits to reduce integrity of anatomical tissues, the maxillofacial area symmetry and the visceral cavity hermeticity in maximally short dates.
