Hermetization of the Turkish Saddle Fundus with the “Reperen-ST” Synthetic Implant in a Combined Treatment of the Chiasmal and Sellar Area Tumors

There have been regarded problems and peculiarities of the chiasmal and sellar area tumor extraction with the endoscopic endonasal method. The basic characteristics of a new synthetic implant for the trepanation defect plasty of the skull base are marked. Its use has been shown to be effective.
