Clinical Manifestations of Endogenous Intoxication and the Mechanisms of Metabolic Protection of the Body in Chronic Hepatitis in Children

There have been presented modern knowledge of the mechanisms of endogenous intoxication in chronic hepatic diseases in children, the character of relations of the components of endotoxicosis and functional system of detoxication, the disorders of detoxicating hepatic function. There have been stated various mechanisms of endogenous intoxication depending on the etiology of hepatic diseases and the characteristic of metabolic protection of childhood.
