Management Optimization of Young Children with Prolonged Hyperbilirubinemia
There has been studied the dynamics of clinical and biochemical, and instrumental findings in newborns and young children with prolonged conjugated hyperbilirubinemia, due to which there have been distinguished three types of severity (mild, moderate, severe) and three variants (benign, undulated, resistant) of the pathological condition. The management of newborns and young children with prolonged courses of conjugated hyperbilirubinemia has been proved that enables to reduce the period of hospitalization and the course of pathological process.
