Иммунотерапия солидных опухолей в настоящий момент находится в фазе интенсивного накопления новых знаний и зарождения новых многообещающих методик. Особенно перспективными видятся исследования в области поиска новых контрольных точек иммунитета, разработки высокоэффективных иммунных адъювантов на основе рекомбинантных вирусов для улучшения результатов применения противораковых вакцин, а также конструирования химерных рецепторов Т-клеток, применяющихся для адоптивной иммунотерапии. Приведены некоторые результаты клинических исследований иммунотерапевтических средств, а также экспериментальных исследований на животных моделях, которые открывают новые перспективы в лечении рака толстой кишки.
