Индекс формы тела как новый антропометрический показатель кардиометаболических рисков у детей и подростков (систематический обзор)
Индекс формы тела (a body shape index, ABSI) — новый антропометрический показатель, связанный с оценкой ожирения. В настоящее время в педиатрической практике существует ограниченное количество исследований, посвященных изучению взаимосвязи этого индекса с метаболическими нарушениями и сердечно-сосудистыми изменениями.
Цель данного систематического обзора и метаанализа — оценка взаимосвязи кардиометаболических рисков с ABSI и его дискриминационной способности.
Материалы и методы. Для выявления релевантных статей проведен систематический поиск доступной научной литературы, опубликованной до марта 2024 г., в базах данных Web of Science, Science Direct, Scopus, ResearchGate и PubMed. К рассмотрению были приняты полные тексты публикаций, в которых сообщается об ассоциации кардиометаболического риска с ABSI у детей и подростков. Результаты и выводы обобщены с применением методов метаанализа.
Результаты. Отобрано 17 поперечных исследований с участием 31 849 детей и подростков, большинство из которых были из азиатских стран. В 9 исследованиях количество участников составляло менее 1000 человек, что ставит под сомнение репрезентативность выборки и надежность полученных результатов. Данные о взаимосвязи между ABSI и кардиометаболическим риском являются противоречивыми. Даже при использовании скорректированных по возрасту и полу значений ABSI по сравнению с устоявшимися или недавно предложенными антропометрическими измерениями дискриминационная способность ABSI остается неясной.
Заключение. Полученные на сегодняшний день результаты исследований указывают на изменчивую дискриминационную способность ABSI как предиктора кардиометаболического риска у детей и подростков.
