Эндогенные и экзогенные факторы, влияющие на хирургическую технику (обзор)

Выполнен анализ научных работ, исследующих факторы оптимального формирования точных движений в микрохирургической практике. Поиск литературы проводился в текстовой базе данных медицинских и биологических публикаций PubMed среди статей на английском и русском языках без ограничения по дате публикации. Поиск осуществлен по понятиям: surgical procedures, dexterity, microsurgery, caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, physical exercise, sleep deprivation, posture. В анализ были включены только рандомизированные и когортные исследования с участием врачей и обучающихся хирургическим специальностям. Не использовались работы, в которых рассматривались только психологические (не моторные) исходы влияния экзогенных факторов.

Результаты представленного обзора по причине ограниченного набора подходящих под критерии включения публикаций и часто противоречивых выводов исследований не позволяют сформулировать однозначных заключений и рекомендаций. Для этого необходимо более глубокое и фундаментальное изучение как эндогенных, так и экзогенных факторов, влияющих на микрохирургическую технику.
